•Letter of intent of the prospective employment contract or the employment contract;
•Professional education and qualification record related to the prospective employment translated into Hungarian by the National Office for Translation and Attestation(or upon fee by the Embassy of Hungary). Professional educational certificates issued by Kuwaiti authorities have to be attested with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.
•Confirmation of prearranged accommodation (commercial accommodation or lease agreement along with the deed of ownership form);
•Travel insurance for at least the first 30 days of stay (minimum coverage shall be EUR 30 000);
•Please make note that the prospective Hungarian employer remains responsible for notifying the Government’s employment agency in Hungary on its manpower request before the residence permit and work permit application is submitted at the Embassy of Hungary in Kuwait.
