Appointments can only be booked directly through our Appointment Booking System: https://konzinfobooking.mfa.gov.hu/home - English can be selected as your language at the upper right corner. One person may book one appointment and one case type at a time. All applicants are required to book their individual appointment for each of their cases, i.e. it is not allowed to book a single appointment for multiple applicants or for multiple cases. The Consular Section may delete any irregular appointments without further notice. In case of an unannounced no-show, where the applicant does not cancel the
appointment in time, any further appointments may be deleted without further
notice.
