Since 2013 the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme has been providing scholarships for students from partner countries. Kuwait has become a partner country in 2016 whereby Hungary offers 20 scholarships to Kuwaiti students to study in almost any degree programmes in Hungarian higher institutions.
